Apparently this is a packaged book, which does make me nervous, but it just sounds SO AWESOME!! I have heard a few iffy things about it already, but I’m still holding out that I might really like it…

Also, THAT COVER! So great!

    1. Book packaging is when a company comes up with an idea for a book that they think will sell well, then they hire a writer to write that book, then they sell the book to a publishing company.

The alternative would be an author being inspired, coming up with an idea on their own that they’re passionate about, writing the book, then finding an agent, and then selling the book to a publishing company.

I think a lot of packaged books don’t turn out great because an author writes the story, but it usually wasn’t their story to begin with, so maybe the book lacks that extra bit of passion that makes it good.

I actually did get a copy on Edelweiss. πŸ™‚ Yay that you got one too!
