After the violent death of her father, 17 year-old Zelia loses her younger sister, Dylia, during an abduction at a foster care agency. It turns out her sister Dylia isn’t just pretty and sweet—she’s illegal. In the year 2150, DNA must be pure by law, and anyone with enhanced genes face death. Zelia’s only allies are the freak-show inhabitants of her new, underground foster home. Along with the unexpected love of a very strange boy, she will need her flaws and their illicit traits to save the only family she has left.

First of all, I kind of love the cover. It’s not that complex or anything, but I really like the simplicity of it. Also, I adore books with DNA/genetic modifications. Control sounds like it could be really interesting!

  1. I love books about genetic experiments, and this one has been on my TBR list for a while now πŸ˜€ Plus the cover is awesome. I love the light radiating from the glass that signify some sort of chemical reaction. Great pick! Thanks for stopping by πŸ™‚

  2. Hi, Ashley!

This book is completely new to me, but I sure LOVE that cover!! Well, blue is my favorite color, so a blue cover, or one containing some blue, will always catch my eye! However, I also like the plot, though. Sounds very, very intriguing! I like reading dystopian fiction, so I know I’ll enjoy this one!

By the way, thanks for visiting my WOW post and commenting!! πŸ™‚
