I haven’t actually read this book yet. I had seen it around on blogs and seen the cover art before, and thought it was nice. But it wasn’t until I saw the cover art in person at a bookstore that I went, “Holy crap, this is absolutely gorgeous.”
I literally feel like I need to examine every detail of this picture. She’s wearing a gorgeous, flowy dress that almost turns into wisps of smoke. I love the way the shadow/clouds envelop her, and the typography for the title fits perfectly. Just.. OH EM GEE!

You know, for the longest I have had a crush on awesome covers. It’s turned into a love/hate relationship, but they’re still important; good, bad and ugly! The Perfect Cover would make an awesome meme.
